What is Dragon Boating?

  • Dragon Boating is a fun team sport taking place in 12m long boats which take up to 20 paddlers. Teams are usually mixed with both men and women competing together.
  • The sport is a great way to keep fit and in an average 90 minute training session you can burn up to 1000 calories !
  • Dragon boating is not just for the summer and we train all year round.
  • The sport is non-contact and is an ideal team sport to take up if you retired due to injury.
  •  More information on can be found here
